STABILA is celebrating its 135-year anniversary with the 196-2 level set in an exceptional Dark Shadow design. A limited-edition anniversary set with an anthracite matt coating, something rare for tool specialists. Made in Germany and contain proven spirit level technology from STABILA. For durable precision, the quality vials are connected to and cannot be removed from the aluminium rectangular profile, as part of a special installation process (LOCKED VIALS). This also prevents the vials from detaching if the spirit level is dropped.

STABILA’s 196-2 spirit level series is the right choice for measuring in a standard and reverse position in bricklaying, carpentry, timber construction, reinforced concrete construction, window fitting, road construction, gardening and landscaping. The Dark Shadow anniversary set includes lengths 61 cm and 122 cm.

Large-sized finger-grip openings ensure optimal, comfortable handling at all times. The end caps with slip stoppers ensure that the spirit level stays firmly in place when marking measurements. The special mix of materials also makes them shock-absorbing, which protects the profile if it is knocked. Another plus point is that the end caps can be removed to get right into the corners and make accurate markings there. An electrostatic powder coating also makes the spirit levels easy to clean.
