This makes stowing the backpack straps easier and allows you to choose whether the bag can function as a backpack or not. The TECH PAC WHEELER BLACKOUT also features the V-SWAP system. Includes the Tool Panel (included and mandatory) and Meter Panel. Other panels sold separately.
